Fonts in your browser (Dissenter, Brave or Chrome) are not sharp and clear

Problem
The fonts may appear to be fuzzy and not clear in certain browsers based on Chromium. In certain configurations this can be caused the the Hardware Acceleration feature of the browser.
The Solution
Check your browser settings for Hardware Acceleration and disable it.
Illustrated below with the Dissenter browser menus though the others will be similar.
