Sage 300 won't open Desktop says An error occurred close and re-open Sage Desktop

- Rename the "Sage_Inc" folder to "Sage_Inc_Renamed". C:\Users\{USER_NAME}\AppData\Local\Sage_Inc\Desktop.exe_StrongName_u3jvk0sgav0mxk5qzt023z3d2c5hglex\17.1.3.0
- *Note: the "AppData" folder is hidden by default.
- Test to see if Sage Desktop now opens without error.
Cause: May be a corrupted or missing configuration file.
Solution: Refer to Sage KB 80645 or below
